Hello!  My name is Dixie Gors and I bring my Real Estate Clients over 25 years of sales and marketing experience!  Before pursuing my love of real estate, I worked in radio and print media as well as selling home health care and senior living.  I love living in Siouxland and giving back to the community that has been so good to me.  I have been involved with several organizations including Gigi’s Playhouse, Siouxland Chamber Ambassadors, Girl Scout troop leader and even a YMCA soccer coach for my kids.  These days you will find me volunteering each week teachning Senior Yoga on Wednesday mornings and a Senior Fitness class every Friday at the Siouxland Center for Active Generations.

I enjoy helping people through the transitions of life.  As a mother of two daughters and now a grandmother, I love helping young families find a home with room to grow.  With my experience in senior living, I am also skilled on the needs of those transitioning out of their long-time home into something that better suits their needs.  I still remember the excitement of purchasing a home and love to help others experience that same feeling when they find their dream home.  If you are ready to buy or sell, don’t hesitate to give me a call.
